The kit is essential for installing Near Term Digital Radio (NTDR) into SICPS, Rigid Wall System (RWS), and Tactical Command System AN/TSQ-232 (V)2 and (V)4. It comprises manufactured and commercial off-the-shelf parts, including mounting brackets, cables, and miscellaneous hardware. The Government possesses the Level 3 production Technical Data Package (TDP) for these parts, which has been previously procured.
Government Acceptance of Delivery (GAD)
A Government Acceptance of Delivery (GAD) process will be imposed on any source that has not provided this specific kit to the Government within the last five years. A waiver may be granted for sources that have provided the kit or a similar form/fit/function kit within the last five years, subject to government discretion. Required Response Information
Interested sources capable of manufacturing the installation kit must submit information indicating their capabilities. Technical Data Package (TDP) Access
The Government's TDP is available for conditional release. To request the TDP, submissions must be sent to DLA.Aberdeen.SourcesSought@dla.mil within 7 days of the SSA posting. Access is restricted by ITAR and requires an active status in the Defense Logistics Agency Joint Certification Program (JCP) with an approved DD2345. Required documentation includes a completed and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a copy of the company's DD2345, and SAM CAGE verification. The NDA signee and JCP data custodian must be the same individual. The TDP will be delivered via DoD SAFE upon verification.
