Requested Response Information
Interested sources capable of manufacturing these parts or similar efforts are requested to submit evidence of current/past contracts. Submissions should include, but are not limited to, a completed Contractor Questionnaire, drawings, test results, information on previous Government and commercial contracts, and data rights. Responses must also include company name, CAGE code, and a technical point of contact with email and telephone number.
Accessing Technical Data Package (TDP)
To obtain the TDP, companies must submit a request to DLA.Aberdeen.SourcesSought@dla.mil within 7 days of the posting date (by June 10, 2026). Requirements include:
- Approved DD2345 (Joint Certification Program) status.
- A signed Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- A copy of the company's DD2345 and CAGE verification in SAM. The TDP is subject to ITAR restrictions and will be delivered via DoD SAFE. The NDA signee and data custodian must be the same person.
