  • Copy of the company's DD2345 (JCP).
  • Copy of the company's CAGE verification in SAM.
• NDA Signee and Data Custodian: These individuals should be the same person. Verification and updates can be done via the JCP Portal.
• TDP Delivery: Once verified, the TDP will be uploaded to DoD SAFE (https://safe.apps.mil/), and a link will be emailed to the requestor.
