Scope of Work

The IDIQ contract will provide non-personal A-E services for the 119th Wing, Fargo, ND. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning, master planning, and program support.
  • A-E investigative and design services, including construction documents.
  • Construction support, engineering, and environmental studies (National Environmental Policy Act - NEPA documentation).
  • Investigations and surveys for Air National Guard Programs.
  • Specific tasks: preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates; development of cost management, quality control/assurance plans; construction inspection; engineering standards; design submissions; various studies (technical, economic, planning, environmental, value engineering); bridging documents for design-build; commissioning; and comprehensive interior design.
  • Projects will support administrative, industrial, and support facilities such as aircraft hangars, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs), vehicle maintenance facilities, offices, and infrastructure. Task orders will primarily be for projects with a construction value typically resulting in an A-E task order less than $500,000.
