- Demonstration of how the company meets the Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) definition (51% Indian ownership, 51% earnings from contract, Indian control of management/daily operations).
- If partnering with a subcontractor, demonstrate how the prime IEE (or combined with subcontractor) will meet the 51% earnings and control requirements.
