Scope of Work
- Procurement of one (1) new Bobcat L28 Small Articulated Loader.

- Delivery of equipment to FT Belknap Health Center, Harlem, MT 59526, within 30 days after contract award.
- Provision of preventative maintenance according to OEM schedule.
- Onsite training on proper loader use upon installation and annually.

- Number of years of experience providing routine services as stated in the Statement of Work.

- Combined Indian, Federally Recognized Indian Tribe, or Alaska Native Corporation ownership of at least 51%.
- Indians or Indian Tribes receiving at least 51% of earnings from the contract.
- Management and daily operations controlled by one or more individuals who are Indians.
- If partnering with a subcontractor, demonstrate how the prime IEE (or combined with subcontractor) meets the 51% earnings and control requirements.
