• The Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, is seeking information to identify capable vendors for a quick turn-around supply requirement.

• The requirement includes:

  • Ingersoll Rand (or equal) Refrigerated Air Dryer (qty 2)
  • Ingersoll Rand (or equal) Condensate Drain (qty 1)
  • Ingersoll Rand (or equal) 2" Ball Valve (qty 1)

• Specifications for these items are attached.

• All items must arrive at Tobyhanna Army Depot no later than June 5, 2026.

• The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order.

• The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333415 (Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing).

• Interested vendors are requested to provide information on their firm's capabilities to supply the specified units.

• Responses addressing company capability must be submitted to the same email address no later than Wednesday, May 6th, 2026, by 4:30 PM EST.
