Submission Requirements
Interested vendors must submit a brief capabilities statement (max 15 pages, Times New Roman 10pt, Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF) via email to Alyssa Wenger (alyssa.m.wenger.civ@us.navy.mil). The statement should address:
- Past/current DoW/commercial experience of similar size/scope (last 5 years).
- Experience managing DoW tasks related to Concerto CCPM.
- Experience managing subcontractors.

- Small business status and ability to meet FAR 52.219-14 (50% performance rule), including details on similarly situated entities if applicable.
