Scope of Work
The project requires non-personal services for the construction of an approximately 8,202 gross square foot building to house a CRH Operational Flight Trainer (OFT) simulator. The facility will feature a multi-story high bay area for the simulator and a single-story area for mission planning, briefing/debriefing rooms, administrative offices, OFT maintenance and parts storage, secure/non-secure tele-communication rooms, latrines, and mechanical/electrical/utility support.
Construction will be permanent, utilizing conventional design with specific materials including cavity wall construction, CMU veneer, metal panel, and standing seam metal roofing. The facility will incorporate electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, wet sprinkler fire suppression, fire detection, access control, direct digital control, utility management, Antiterrorism/Force Protection elements, and supporting infrastructure such as landscaping, utilities, pavements, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, site improvements, communications support, cybersecurity control systems, and tempest security.
