Market Survey Questionnaire

This document is a market survey questionnaire from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support (Columbus). It is NOT a request for quote or proposal. • Certified cost and pricing data will not be required for commercial items, but adequate information for price reasonableness evaluation is necessary.
