Scope of Work
The requirement includes semi-annual and annual cleaning of raised access flooring systems, subfloor plenums, static dissipative (ESD) flooring, LAN closets, telecom rooms, mechanical rooms, and hot aisle containment systems. Specific tasks involve brush vacuuming, spot cleaning, crevice vacuuming, wet mopping with anti-static cleaner, floor rejuvenation, deep cleaning of sub-flooring, and buffing raised floor tiles. Above-floor cleaning includes dusting walls, ceilings, equipment, and windows. All work must be performed using HEPA/ULPA-filtered vacuum equipment and anti-static cleaning solutions, without disrupting ongoing data center operations.

Submission Requirements
