Quick Summary

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology (OI&T), is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing above and below raised floor cleaning services for active, mission-critical data center environments. Services are required at VA Information Technology Centers in Austin, TX; Martinsburg, WV; Hines, IL; and Philadelphia, PA. This is a Sources Sought notice, not a solicitation. Responses are due by March 5, 2026.

Scope of Work

The requirement includes semi-annual and annual cleaning of raised access flooring systems, subfloor plenums, static dissipative (ESD) flooring, LAN closets, telecom rooms, mechanical rooms, and hot aisle containment systems.
