Special Requirements
Contractor personnel will require Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) and NAVSEA Badging, necessitating REAL-ID for proof of US citizenship. Specific procedures for obtaining DBIDS cards, including SECNAV 5512 form completion, are outlined. Policies regarding Portable Electronic Devices (PEDs) within Controlled Industrial Areas (CIA) and Security Islands must be adhered to.
