Scope of Work
The requirement includes furnishing, delivering, assembling, and installing 210 new desk chairs in dormitories at Malmstrom AFB. The contractor will also be responsible for removing existing chairs from rooms and disposing of them off-base at the contractor's expense. All shipping, handling, installation, removal, and disposal costs must be included in the total price. Work is to be performed Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding weekends and federal holidays.

The 210 swivel office/desk chairs must feature:
- All black material mesh back and seat.
- Pneumatic height adjustment.
- Center tilt and no armrests.
- 300lb user weight capacity.
- Sturdy nylon base with standard dual-wheel carpet casters.
- Minimal-to-no assembly required.
- Lifetime warranty.
- Made in USA. No damaged items will be accepted, and 48 hours prior notice is required for delivery scheduling.
Submission Requirements
Interested companies must submit a summary outline of their qualifications and complete a Contractor Capability Survey. The survey requires business information such as Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, CAGE Code, Phone Number, E-mail Address, Web Page URL, and business size status relative to NAICS 337214. Information on anticipated teaming arrangements is also requested. References to vendor web pages will not be accepted.
Set-Aside & Eligibility
This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The government encourages responses from all small businesses, including 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned Small Business concerns.
Place of Performance
Work will be performed at Malmstrom AFB, MT 59402. Delivery truck staging sites will be within 200 feet of a dormitory entrance. Contractor employees require personnel clearance and access coordination.
