Scope of Work
The requirement is for minor maintenance and repair services for interior facilities. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Interior Plumbing: Maintenance and repair of sinks, fixtures, toilets, urinals, showers, and drinking fountains.
- Interior Electrical Systems: Repair/replacement of cover plates, switches, outlets, bathroom fans, and interior lights; resetting tripped breakers.
- Structural Services: Repair of interior drywall (up to 2'x2' holes and 32 sq ft), cabinets, shelving, doors, and window hardware.
- Facility Finishes: Interior drywall repair and painting, minor flooring repairs (rubber/carpet cove-base, carpet tiles, stair treads).
- Signage: Compliance with Air Force Sign Standard.
- Excluded: HVAC systems (reporting only), electronic/mechanical keyed locks, fire protection systems, and major repairs.
Services must ensure timely responses to routine (3 business days) and urgent (1 business day) service calls, maintaining a 95% Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) for most objectives.
