Scope of Work
The SEC requires access to a database that provides comprehensive information on domestic banks to facilitate the service of legal orders. Key requirements include:
- Data Points: Institution names, ownership, location(s), subsidiaries, and contact information for Writs, Legal Order Processing, or other preferred contacts for service of writs, asset freezes, and other Court Orders.
- Personnel Contacts: Contact information for key personnel, including email and telephone.
- Legal Service Information: Required Personal Service information, including Registered Agents in all U.S. states and territories.
- Detailed Bank Information: Full details on banks, including email, registered agent, and physical address for service of Writs, garnishments, and asset freezes.
- Platform Preference: A platform allowing direct interaction with banks and secure capture/upload of documents is preferred.
- Usage: The information shall be provided for no less than 12 entities annually, with access for 16 users.

Evaluation
