The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific) is performing a market survey to determine if other potential sources of supply can provide a Dedicated Network Switch for the GPA-owned SCADA system that has equal performance and listing/approval requirements as the POE CISCO switch Cisco IE-9320-24P4S-E.
Fiscal Year 2025 Military Construction Project P-1181, Harden Critical Feeders on Naval Base Guam, Joint Region Marianas, Guam, requires seventeen (17) POE Cisco IE-9320-24P4S-E at five (5) Electrical substations for the GPA-owned SCADA system with the following characteristics:
- Form Factor: Rack-mountable
- Redundant Power Supply (Primary and Backup)
- Stackable
- Advanced Switching: Layer 3
- Manageable
- Listed on DISA APL
- Full compatibility with existing and future ICS/FRCS networks
- Minimum Required Protocol Support: CDP, EIGRP
- Software-Defined Access compatible
- Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant
