Purpose & Scope
The USSS has an urgent and compelling need for a secure data connection within its MCUs, enabling uninterrupted use of protective technologies. The equipment will combine six cellular networks, satellite, and broadband into one optimal connection. This Sources Sought aims to gather information from sources that can fulfill the specifications outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
Capability Statement Requirements
Respondents must submit clear and concise capability statements, limited to two (2) pages, demonstrating their ability to meet the USSS requirement. Key information to include:

- Contract Vehicles: Any existing Federal Supply Schedule contract(s) or other contracts USSS can utilize.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience with similar projects, specifically providing fully integrated connectivity solutions that support seamless blending and management of communication pathways including cellular, satellite, and Wi-Fi networks through a single platform. This should include documentation demonstrating the solution's ability to integrate within existing mobile communication infrastructure and support flexible IP-based networking requirements, with evidence of successful deployment in public safety or emergency response environments.
