This sources sought should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Expeditionary Exploitation Unit ONE (EXU-1) has a requirement to provide Tactical Firearms Training and Combat medical care training to military personnel in various scenarios. Firearms training will encompass the fundamentals of shooting, moving, communicating, zeroing weapons, building to proficiency with pistol, rifle, transitions and stress courses. Combat medical care training will include battlefield, remote care, prolonged transport or unique rescue when environmental conditions exist.
All interested sources shall provide a company brochure or list of capabilities, product literature, organization name, address, a point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, UEI ID number, and CAGE Code.
All responding sources must email their response submissions no later than 11 December 2025 to the following:
