- Cost Engineering Branch: Convert one corner cubicle space into a single enclosed office.
- Geosystems Branch: Convert one cubicle space into a single enclosed office. All transformations require the installation of floor-to-ceiling walls, doors, and glass. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for providing office furniture and storage space, including associated delivery and installation.

Submission Requirements
Interested parties must submit a Capability Statement, limited to 3 pages, via email to glenn.i.jenkinson@usace.army.mil and CC gerald.l.garvey@usace.army.mil. The statement must include:
- Firm's contact information (name, address, POC, phone, website, email).
- Confirmation of interest in bidding on a future solicitation.
- Evidence of capability to perform comparable work (at least 3 examples from the past 2 years, detailing project, customer, timeliness, satisfaction, and dollar value).
- Firm's business category and size (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone), with an understanding of performance of work requirements for their specific socioeconomic category. Prior government contract work is not mandatory.
