Sole Source Justification
The Government intends to solicit this effort on a sole source basis to Complete Logistics Support, Inc., citing Title 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.103-1. The justification states that Complete Logistics Support, Inc. is the only known source possessing or having authorized access to the necessary technical data and program management infrastructure required for these international sustainment efforts.

This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), and no contract will be awarded based on responses to this notice. Any response must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in a future procurement.
