The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of LTVs, specifically Polaris MRZR ALPHA and MRZR DELTA models. Services include annual preventative maintenance, diagnosis and repair, and service calls with a 24-hour (telephone/email) and 72-hour (on-site) response time. The contractor is responsible for sourcing all parts and materials, with a requirement to obtain three quotes for parts exceeding $2,500. Performance is primarily within a 100-mile radius of JBMDL, NJ, but may extend to worldwide locations. Contractors must be located within 100 miles of JBMDL, NJ.
