Scope of Work
This requirement involves the delivery, installation, and certification of six Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) additive manufacturing systems: three Colibrium Additive M2 Series 5 Machines and three Colibrium Additive M Line Series 1 Machines. The vendor will also be responsible for:
- Supply chain management, logistics planning, and production forecasting.
- Procurement of long-lead time parts and addressing diminishing manufacturing sources.
- Shipping serviceable assets and potential future procurement/manufacture of component parts.
- Providing material characterization/data curves, manufacturing process instructions, and specifications (some licensed) for NAVAIR components.
- Executing a training plan for various engineering and machine operator roles to produce airworthy aviation components.
