Scope of Work
NAVFAC Pacific seeks professional and technical services to manage construction projects, ensuring they are on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. This includes supporting high-velocity execution of Mega-Project or Strategic Mega-Project categories such as the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP) and Pacific Deterrence Initiative. Services required include, but are not limited to:
- Construction Site Visits and Inspections
- Construction Administration and Access Coordination
- Quality Assurance Support
- Safety Program Audit
- Stakeholder Communication and Coordination
- RFI and Submittal Review
- Schedule Review and Analysis
- Cost Engineering and Change Management

- Construction Project Risk Analysis
Contractors must provide expertise across planning, design, and construction phases, manage resources, provide progress reports, and oversee staff. They may be required to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Evaluation
Responses will be used for acquisition planning to determine if a set-aside acquisition is in the Government's best interest. Respondents will not be notified of evaluation results. Information marked as corporate or proprietary will be protected.

This questionnaire requires detailed information on past performance, including specific service contracts with a minimum annual construction work-in-place of $200M for the last 5 years, types of services provided, construction portfolio types, and project management capabilities and capacity, including global capacity.
