Scope of Work
This Sources Sought seeks information on vendors capable of upgrading the radiology dictation software from PowerScribe 360 to PowerScribe One. The upgrade requires the procurement and implementation of five (5) new VMware servers to host the software, ensuring compatibility with the VISTA Rad radiology workstation and OIT-mandated Windows operating systems. Special Requirements & Evaluation
Vendors must demonstrate system reliability of at least 98% uptime and an initial response time of less than 60 minutes for support requests. Offerors are required to provide three (3) past performances of contracts supplying the Federal Government with VMware servers and supporting PowerScribe One installation. This opportunity is subject to the Buy Indian Act, requiring offerors to self-certify as an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) by completing and submitting the "Indian Health Service Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form."
