Scope of Work

• Upgrade lighting to LED for interior incandescent and exterior can lights.
• Modification of resident closets, replacement of closet shelves and doors, and updated signage.
• Installation of operable window and screen/blast resistant windows in bedrooms/laundry, and fixed pane/blast resistant windows elsewhere.
• Upgrade to hardwired smoke detectors with an addressable fire alarm panel.
• Renovation of all bathroom shower enclosures and doors, metal mailboxes.
• Installation of power/cable outlets in TV, party, and pool rooms.
• Replacement of countertops, sinks, and cabinetry in pool, party, vanity, kitchen, and laundry rooms.
• Improvements to laundry room dryer exhaust system and ceiling fans.
• Installation of a new cover on a large patio with lighting.
• Replacement of approximately 50 feet of steel pipe steam distribution lateral and 100 feet of sanitary sewer lateral pipe.

Evaluation

Additionally, provide answers to specific questions:

1. Prior Experience: Portfolio of a minimum of three D-B-B whole building renovation projects of comparable size (or larger) completed within the last six years. Include project title, location, client contact, contract dollar amount, contract type, brief technical description, work performed (self-performed/subcontracted), and period of performance.
2. Joint Venture Information: Details of existing or potential JVs, including members, roles, and responsibilities.
3. Bonding Capability: Construction bonding level per contract and aggregate construction bonding level in dollars.
