SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. The intent of this notice is to identify qualified, experienced, and interested offerors capable of performing the type of work as described herein for information and planning purposes. The information received will be utilized by the United States Air Force to facilitate the planning and decision-making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests.  Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of this sources sought. Respondents are not required to submit information in response to this announcement to participate in any future solicitation that may come as a result of the information received. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.

The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for the following items listed below:

General: The purpose of this sources sought is to conduct Market Research in accordance with FAR Part 10, for maintenance on the Offutt AFB Airfield Runway, MPA, and associated taxiways.

This maintenance includes crack sealing on Portland Cement Concrete from an estimated 1,240 to 3,583 LF, spall repair on Portland Cement Concrete from an estimated 400 to 1,400 SY as well as crack sealing and seal coat on an estimated 60,000 up to 237,915 Square Yards of Asphalt on the runway and MPA

This maintenance also includes the removal of an estimated 250,000 sqft of rubber deposits on the runway. Additionally, this maintenance requirement requires operations in connection with the application of airfield paints and reflective media to paved airfield surfaces as well as airfield vehicle driving lane services (an estimated 2,500 SF of paint removal, 145,050 SF of painted sections, and 111,850 Linear Feet of 6” painted lines).

This requirement is on an active airfield and must be performed within a 96 hour window in accordance with the two attached "statement of work"

All project work and related services shall be performed IAW all terms, conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments, technical exhibits and references and publications contained in the contract or incorporated by reference.
