Scope of Work
Vendors will provide initial and recurrent ground school and flight training for FAA inspectors and pilots on the Sikorsky SK-64 helicopter. Training must meet FAA formal flight training requirements and comply with applicable FAA regulations (14 CFR Parts 61, 121, 135, 141, 142), adhering to "Crew Concept" principles. This includes both ground school and flight training, which can be conducted in an aircraft or simulator. Training facilities must be located within the United States and meet specific environmental and operational standards. Instructors must be authorized and qualified, and training should not occur between midnight and 6:00 a.m. daily. A Certificate of Training and a Pilot's Operating Handbook (POH) or equivalent Flight Training Manual are required upon completion.
