Submission Requirements
Interested sources must submit a clear and concise capability statement, limited to two (2) pages, in Word or PDF format. It should demonstrate the company's ability to fulfill the SOW requirements and include:
- Company name, address, contact person (name, email, phone), and SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI).
- Any existing Federal Supply Schedule contracts or other contracts USSS can utilize.
- Prior experience with similar fabrication projects, including customer/agency, dollar value, project description, and applicable pictures. Proprietary information should not be included.
