  • Logistics Functions: Tech manual generation/modification, maintenance support, readiness reporting, system repairs, availability management, packaging, handling, storage, and transportation (PHS&T), training, and system deployment.
  • System Focus: Support for Stinger Block I missiles (all variants), launchers, support equipment, and system interfaces, covering reliability assessments, failure analysis, and manufacturing engineering support.

Amendment Details

Amendment 01 addresses industry questions regarding potential Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) concerns. The USG clarifies that:

  • Responding to this RFI is not anticipated to create an OCI, including "biased ground rules" or "unequal access to information."
  • Strict safeguards are in place, and all personnel are cleared to handle sensitive and proprietary information.
  • Respondents are not required to disclose proprietary information they are unwilling to share.
  • Non-Government support contractors will assist in assessing responses; proprietary submissions must be marked "Releasable to USG Agencies and their supporting Contractors for Review Only."
