Scope of Work
The MIOSS program requires I/O support for MSTCs globally (CONUS and OCONUS). Key services include:
- Training/Education: Instructor-led training for 68W Medical Care, Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TC3), and other sustainment medical training.
- Exercise Support: Planning, management, and operator support for exercises, including scenario development and After Action Reviews (AARs).
- Program Management: Financial, contract, and personnel administration, subcontract management, and quality control.
- Training Development & Delivery: Providing existing, modified, or Contractor-developed training tutorials, courseware, and Programs of Instruction (POIs).
- Logistics & Support: Managing training supplies and assisting with unit-led training. The draft PWS indicates a requirement for approximately 125 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) across various locations, with a minimum throughput of 2500 68W students annually per MSTC site. Personnel must be medically credentialed, NREMT EMT or higher, and possess specific military/medical backgrounds.
