Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for a multi-CLIN supply contract to furnish construction materials for the "Construct ICF Shower Shave Latrine" project at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho. The customer is the 823d RED HORSE Squadron (823 RHS).

• The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, equipment, packaging, handling, transportation, and delivery to support construction operations.

• No installation labor is required.

• Materials are organized by construction craft discipline, with each discipline having a separate Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Contract Line Items (CLINs) include:

  • CLIN 0001: Plumbing Materials (per Tab 2)
  • CLIN 0002: HVAC Materials (per Tab 3)
  • CLIN 0003: Civil Materials (per Tab 4)
  • CLIN 0004: Structural Materials (per Tab 5)
  • CLIN 0005: Electrical Materials (per Tab 6)

• Delivery Location: Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho.

• Delivery Hours: Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM.

• Specific delivery dates for each CLIN are defined in their respective Bills of Materials.

• Materials must be new, unused, and commercially available.

• Materials must meet applicable UFC, NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and industry standards.

• Contractor must package materials to prevent damage during transportation.

• Damaged or nonconforming items must be replaced at no additional cost.

• Deliveries must be coordinated with the Government point of contact.

• Inspection and acceptance will be performed by authorized Government personnel.

Awards will be made per CLIN based on:

• Technical acceptability of materials
