Purpose & Scope
This Sources Sought aims to identify vendors who can supply all items listed in the attached Bills of Materials (BOMs) for a multi-CLIN supply contract. The requirement is solely for the provision of materials; no installation labor is required. Materials are categorized by construction craft discipline, including Plumbing, HVAC, Civil, Structural, and Electrical components. All materials must be new, unused, commercially available, and meet applicable industry standards. The place of performance for delivery is Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho.
Required Materials
The project requires a comprehensive range of construction materials, detailed across several Bills of Materials (BOMs):
- Plumbing Materials: Includes toilets, urinals, sinks, shower components, various piping (PVC, PEX, Ductile Iron), valves, fittings, water heaters, and associated accessories. Required NLT dates are April 15, 2026, or May 15, 2026.
- HVAC Materials: Specifies a 15 Ton heat-pump, inline blowers, thermostats, various ductwork, PVC components, fasteners, sealants, and vibration isolation pads. Required NLT date is June 15, 2026.
- Civil Materials: Details road mix, 3,500 PSI concrete, utility sand, angular rock, geotextile fabric, geogrid, and pump truck services. Required NLT dates are April 15, 2026, with concrete pour dates between May and June 2026.
- Structural Materials: Covers consumables (nails, screws, anchors), doors, windows, waterproofing, rebar, concrete form materials, shower stalls, bathroom partitions, lumber, plywood, insulation, drywall, locker room benches, mirrors, metal roofing panels, and siding.
- Electrical Materials: Encompasses hardware (screws, washers, bolts, connectors), various gauges and types of copper wire, consumables (drill bits, lubricants), conduit, junction boxes, breakers, disconnects, and fixtures. Required NLT dates are April 15, 2026, or June 15, 2026.
