The Indian Health Service (IHS), Fort Yuma Health Center (FYHC), is seeking information from qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of providing corrective and preventive maintenance services for the facility’s building automation system (BAS) utilizing Automated Logic’s WebCTRL® platform. The requirement includes troubleshooting, repairs, adjustments, component replacement, and task order–based services to support HVAC, cooling towers, boilers, emergency generators, utilities (water, gas, electrical, and photovoltaic), landscape irrigation, domestic water heating, dental gas, and water booster pumps. The contractor shall furnish all trained and certified personnel, labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to ensure reliable operation of the BAS, including remote access and support, throughout a base year with four option years. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for market research purposes to determine the availability and capability of ISBEE vendors in accordance with the Buy Indian Act.
