Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive services for facility, laboratory, and information technology UPS systems. This includes:
- Annual UPS preventive maintenance.
- Semi-annual battery preventive maintenance.
- Battery replacement as required.
- Emergency repair services. Services must adhere to manufacturer recommendations, The Joint Commission (TJC) standards, NFPA, OSHA, and all applicable Federal, State, Tribal, and IHS regulations.
Contract & Timeline

- Anticipated Period of Performance: A 12-month base period with four (4) one-year option periods.
- Set-Aside: Priority will be given to ISBEE set-asides to the maximum extent possible, in accordance with the Buy Indian Act. Acquisitions under FAR 12.209 or FAR 13.106 must be set-aside exclusively for ISBEEs.

Submission Requirements
Interested vendors must provide the following:
- Company name, address, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number, and point of contact.
- Business size and socioeconomic status (e.g., ISBEE, Small Business, HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB).
- A capability statement demonstrating the ability to provide the required UPS services.
- Documentation of certification and authorization to service identified or similar UPS equipment.
- Relevant experience providing comparable services for healthcare facilities or critical infrastructure.
- A completed IHS Indian Economic Enterprise Representation form (Attachment 1).
- Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
