Purpose & Scope

- Older Adults / Elderly Population (65 years and older)

Eligibility & Set-Aside
This is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside, with preference given to Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) under the Buy Indian Act. ISBEEs and other small businesses are encouraged to respond. Respondents must be Direct Manufacturers.
Submission Requirements
Interested parties must submit a written response (maximum five pages) demonstrating their capability, experience, and ability to provide the required vaccines. Generic capability statements are insufficient. Submissions must include:
- Company Name, Socioeconomic Status, SAM UEI, contact information (point of contact, mailing address, phone, website, email), DUNS, Cage Code, Tax ID.
- Applicable GSA Schedule or other procurement vehicle.
- SAM registration status.
- Completed Indian Health Service Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form (attached).
