Scope of Work
The primary objective is to secure medical supply/equipment for the Rosebud Service Unit, specifically three (3) new Midmark 225 Exam Tables for the Pine Ridge Service Unit/Kyle Health Center. The required system includes:

- 002-2013-865 Upholstery - 28" seamless, stone
- 9A6000001 - patient support rails The contractor must provide at least one copy of an operator manual and one copy of a service manual (digital or physical). IHS staff will assist with equipment entry into the facility.

- Payment: Invoices shall be submitted monthly via the U.S. Treasury’s Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) system. Payment terms are Net 15 after invoice submission.
