Quick Summary
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a Sources Sought market survey to identify qualified small businesses capable of providing consolidated, multi-facility janitorial services for six federal facilities in Salt Lake City, UT. This effort aims to determine the procurement method and small business set-aside strategy for an anticipated Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Responses are due by June 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM MST.
Purpose & Scope
This market research is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal. The FAA seeks to understand the current marketplace and identify sources for comprehensive janitorial services at:

- Child Care Facility
- NCE Office Space
The anticipated contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) for one base year and four option years (01/01/2027 - 12/31/2031). The FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) applies, not FAR.
