Required Capabilities & Submission
Interested organizations must submit a capabilities statement, no more than 1 page, in Times New Roman font (not less than 10 pitch). The statement should include:
- Organization name, address, email, website, phone, size, and type of ownership.
- Tailored capability statements addressing the effort, with documentation. If subcontracting/teaming is anticipated, describe the administrative and management structure.
- Demonstration of capability to perform in various Hawaii locations.
- Company profile including number of employees, office locations, and UEI number.
