The facility is projected to process over 1,000,000 pounds of RMW annually.
Draft PWS (v0.1) details: The draft Performance Work Statement outlines requirements for a 5-year base period and a 5-year option period, under a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. Key performance standards include ≥98% incinerator availability, zero unreported permit exceedances, and ≥95% on-time PM tasks.
