Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide comprehensive maintenance services for the Motek CAREN System, including:

- System Support: Annual preventive maintenance site visits, including cleaning, calibrating, lubricating, and aligning mechanical and optical components. This covers overall system checks (safety, software/hardware integration, performance tests, IT inspection), motion capture (camera/hardware inspection, firmware updates), projection system (cleaning, lamp replacement, calibration), platform/treadmill (maintenance, cover replacement, electrical/safety checks), and motion base (condition inspection, electrical components, fluid levels, performance adjustment).
- Technical Support: Addressing software/system operation and functionality questions via telephone, email, or CAREN forum, and supporting D-Flow Software releases less than 6 months old.
The projected period of performance is one base year with four one-year option periods, from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031.
