Pursuant to the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47), IHS must give preference to IEEs where authorized and practicable. Responses will inform potential future solicitations.
Scope of Work
The requirement involves the replacement of an MRI Power Injector. Key components include:
- Uninstall, remove, and trade-in the existing Spectris Solaris EP MRI Power Injector.
- Deliver, install, and test the new MRXperion MR Injection System.
- Provide a 3-year service agreement covering annual calibration, software updates, OEM certified part replacement, complete inspection, safety testing, onsite service by OEM certified field engineers, hardware system coverage, remote support, and 24/7 technical support.
- Contractor personnel must comply with HHSAR 304.1300(b) and facility security/safety procedures. Training for IHS MRI Registered Technologists is required within 72 hours of installation.
