This notice is for market research purposes only to identify prospective sources for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Medical/Surgical gloves. The Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit is conducting this research to determine acquisition strategy, including competition and set-asides, and to locate Indian-owned economic enterprises. This is NOT a solicitation.

• Product: Nitrile Exam Gloves (Powder Free, Single-Use, Non-Sterile).

• Standards: Must meet ASTM D6319.

• Material: Not made with natural rubber latex.

• Testing: Tested for use with Chemotherapy Drugs per ASTM D6978 and protected against Chemotherapy Drugs exposure. Barrier tested against Fentanyl Exposure and Chemotherapy Drugs.

• Quantity per Box: 100, 250, or 300 each accepted.

• Use: For patient examination to prevent contamination between patients and examiners.

• Sizes: Xsmall, Small, Medium, Large, and XLarge.

• Period of Performance: Twelve (12) months.

• Submission Deadline: March 14, 2026, 5:00 PM MST.

  1. Company Profile (UEI, Name, Address, POC, business size/type, socio-economic status, Native American ownership if applicable, SAM.gov registration).
  2. Brief statement of company capability related to the requirement, including past performance and established contracts.
  3. Completed IHS IEE Representation Form (if claiming Indian-owned status).
