Purpose & Scope

Deliveries will be made into tactical bags, trucks, and/or tanks, typically within a 375-mile radius of the designated DFSP. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, HAZMAT placards, couplers, connectors, adapters, and transportation assets. Services must support national emergencies with rapid deployment and delivery available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, upon receipt of Technical Directives from DLA Energy.

Performance Standards & Special Requirements
