Contract Details
This is a Sources Sought Notice for a potential Design-Bid-Build project. The NAICS Code is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with a small business size standard of $45,000,000. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. The government will determine whether a set-aside acquisition is in its best interest based on industry responses. Small businesses, including SDVOSB, VOSB, HUB-Zone, 8(a), and WOSB, are strongly encouraged to respond. Large business submittals will not be considered. The contract will include FAR clause 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting (DEVIATION 2021-O0008).
Submission Requirements
Interested small businesses must submit a capabilities package electronically. This package must include the Sources Sought Contractor Information Form and Sources Sought Project Information Form (provided as attachments). Respondents should document a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of five (5) relevant construction projects completed within the past ten (10) years. Relevant projects must have a final construction cost of $10,000,000 or greater and involve renovation or repair of lodging facilities (e.g., hotels, dormitories, barracks). Project descriptions must clearly detail whether the project was new construction or repair/renovation and how it meets the specified size, scope, and complexity. If responding as an 8(a) Mentor-Protégé, indicate the percentage of work to be performed by the protégé.
