  • Activation: Services must be fully operational within one (1) hour of activation request, 24/7/365.
  • Onsite SME: Provide an onsite Call Center subject matter expert for accountability, information flow, and reporting.
  • Public Website: Maintain a dedicated, secure, and accessible website for public use during activated periods, with content management capabilities.
  • Accountability Database: Provide an integrated database for exchanging LBO data, including staff and visitor information.
  • Administrative Tasks: Participate in Call Center administrative tasks, meetings, and exercises with LBO staff, including readiness testing and training development.
