Scope of Work
The SAA seeks Call Center support services with the following key requirements:

- Location: Services and stored data must be within the continental United States, at least 20 miles outside the National Capital Region.
- Activation: Services must be fully operational within one (1) hour of activation request, 24/7/365.
- Onsite SME: Provide an onsite Call Center subject matter expert for accountability, information flow, and reporting.
- Public Website: Maintain a dedicated, secure, and accessible website for public use during activated periods, with content management capabilities.
- Accountability Database: Provide an integrated database for exchanging LBO data, including staff and visitor information.
- Administrative Tasks: Participate in Call Center administrative tasks, meetings, and exercises with LBO staff, including readiness testing and training development.
