Evaluation

This is not a request for competitive proposals. Capability statements should not exceed five (8.5 x 11 inch) pages, use a font size no smaller than 10-point, and be on company letterhead. They must include management, technical data, and cost information, along with convincing evidence of capability. Affirmation of active SAM registration and business size designation is required. Vascular Solutions LLC is currently the only entity with an FDA Biologics License Application (BLA) in review for this specific FDP product; a competitive award could lead to significant delays (5+ years) and costs ($15-$20M) due to new FDA requirements.
