Quick Summary
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support, based in Philadelphia, PA, is conducting market research through this Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information (RFI). The purpose is to identify manufacturers interested in participating in its Manufacturing Pricing Agreement (MPA) Program. This program aims to establish direct pricing agreements for products supplied to DLA's global customers via Subsistence Prime Vendor partners, ensuring fair and reasonable pricing for the U.S. Government. No set-aside is specified for this market research. Responses are due by February 11, 2031.
Purpose & Scope
The MPA Program is a key component for DLA to secure fair and reasonable pricing. Participation requires monthly submission of pricing data in specified electronic formats. This RFI seeks to understand manufacturers' capabilities and interest. It is a market research effort and does not guarantee product selection or a future solicitation. Manufacturers should be prepared to socialize their products to military customers if they are not currently selling to the government.
