This notice is a Request for Information (RFI) to identify manufacturers interested in participating in the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support's Manufacturing Pricing Agreement (MPA) Program. The MPA Program aims to establish direct pricing agreements with manufacturers for products supplied to global customers through Subsistence Prime Vendor partners, ensuring fair and reasonable pricing for the U.S. Government.

Respondents are requested to provide:

• Company Information: Name, address, website, point of contact, CAGE Code, Unique Entity ID (UEI), business size, and primary NAICS code(s).

• Manufacturing and Business Capability: Specific product categories manufactured, major customers, and ability to provide commercial product specifications and labels.

• MPA Program Specifics: Preferred pricing model (Established Catalog or Competitive), confirmation of compliance with MPA pricing policy (prices offered to DLA must be equal to or less than prices offered to like customers), and participation in the National Allowance Pricing Agreement (NAPA) program.

• Technical Capability: Confirmation of administrative and technical capabilities for monthly pricing spreadsheet submissions (.csv or Excel format).

• Additional Information: Details of any existing pricing agreements or contracts with DLA or other U.S. Government agencies, and any additional comments or concerns.
