The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore District is considering a re-procurement of an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) for Cationic Polymer at the Washington Aqueduct that will meet the requirements of ANSI/AWWA Standard B451 and shall be certified to meet NSF/ANSI Standard 60. The SATOC would have a five-year ordering period. The NAICS code for this procurement is 325180 - Other Basic Inorganic Chemical Manufacturing which has a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
Industry Day
The Washington Aqueduct will host an Industry Day on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at the Dalecarlia Water Treatment Facility located at 5900 MacArthur Blvd, NW Washington, DC 20016 at 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM EST. Activities will include a brief presentation followed by a discussion of various chemicals and the importance each one serves at the water treatment plant. To confirm your attendance for the Industry Day please RSVP via email with a list of individuals from your firm that will be in attendance to Contract Specialist Angela Padua (Angela.S.Padua@usace.army.mil).
