This notice is for market research purposes only, to identify prospective sources for a government requirement for Household Kitchen Appliances for the Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility. The government is determining its acquisition strategy, including competition and set-asides.

• This is NOT a solicitation. Submission of information is voluntary.
• NAICS Code: 335220 Major Household Appliance Manufacturing (Small Business Size Standard: 1,500 employees).
• Delivery Timeframe: 3 months after receipt of Purchase Order.
• Registration Requirement: Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) at the time of offer or quotation submission.

Interested parties should submit a response by March 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM MST to Teola Autaubo at teola.autaubo@ihs.gov with the subject line "SSN IHS1521799". Submissions must include:

1. Company Profile: UEI, Name, Address, Primary POC, business size and ownership type, socio-economic status (e.g., 8(a), WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone), Native American ownership (if applicable), SAM.gov representations and certifications.
2. Capability Statement: Brief statement of capability related to the requirement, potentially including past performance and established contracts (GSA, VA Schedule).
3. Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation: If claiming ISBEE or IEE status, submit the completed IHS IEE Representation Form (attached).
