Purpose & Scope
DWIA seeks information from small businesses for one (1) self-contained 4K video production vehicle. It needs to accommodate up to seven operational personnel and transport two, with specific operational positions defined. The solution requires system integration using Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) components and training for 10 personnel.
