All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
The Government anticipates a 5- year IDIQ ordering period. As part of market research, the Medical Readiness Contracting Office- West (MRCO-W) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to identify and determine if there are potential sources which have the capabilities to provide non-personal services to provide Sterile Processing Departments urgent support and Training services for all current, future military treatment facilities under DHN-E. (Ref. Attachment 1 for details). The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.
This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to responder. IF a competitive solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government Wide Point of Entry. It is the responsibility of potential offeror to monitor the Government wide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The NAICS code is 622110- General Medical and Surgical Hospitals.
Interested sources shall provide the following:
1) Organization name, address, Good working POC email address, Web site address, telephone number, and business size, SAM Unique Entity Identifier number, Business size (Large or small) under NAICS code 622110.
2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort as stated in Attachment 1- PWS, with appropriate supporting claims of organizational capability that can meet the government’s technical requirement.

Sources Sought notice closing date: January 22, 2026, no later than 10:00AM (Mountain Standard Time).
