The contract type for the future award is anticipated to be Design-Build (DB) with Bridging Project Delivery, where the selected contractor will develop bridging documents to 100% final design and complete all construction.

Security Requirements
Secret Facility Clearances (FCL) are required for this project. The Department of State will sponsor uncleared offerors for FCLs if qualified. U.S. firms organized and operating in the U.S. or Puerto Rico are eligible for facility clearances; foreign firms are not.
Eligibility & Interest
This RFI is seeking information from both large and small businesses. The government is particularly interested in small businesses under various socio-economic categories, including Small Business (SB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), HubZone (HUBZ), 8(a), and Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Businesses. All interested companies must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and not be on the Excluded Party List. Subcontracting limits will apply, with no more than 50% of the total contract value.
